Magazine Covers and Professional Editorial Photography
I create high-impact, print-ready editorial photography designed for magazines, fashion campaigns, and professional actor portfolios in Mumbai.
The Valentine's special cover for Luxpresso Magazine, featuring cricketer Sumit Kumar. This shoot was designed to present a strong, stylish, and modern male image for a feature story.
A striking animal print fashion story for the cover of Luxpresso Magazine. We used bold styling and dramatic lighting to create a powerful and confident look for this celebrity feature.
The cover for Luxpresso Magazine featuring beatboxer Divyansh Kacholia. This shoot took place on a modern rooftop, using an all-white theme to create a clean, fresh, and impactful artist portrait.
A dynamic cover for Praze Magazine featuring model and influencer Ashvika Singh. The use of flowing fabric and a strong pose creates a sense of movement and high-fashion energy.
A modern and minimalist cover for Praze Magazine with Ranjitta Singh. The black and white split design creates a graphic, high-contrast image that is both artistic and commercially appealing.
An inside editorial feature for HP Magazine. This image showcases a sensual and moody aesthetic, combining storytelling text with a powerful visual for a compelling magazine layout.
About Magazine Covers & Editorials
Editorial photography requires more than just a camera; it is a full production. For every cover or spread, I coordinate a specialized team—including stylists, makeup artists, and retouchers—to manage lighting, wardrobe, and posing, ensuring the final image is technically polished and ready for print.
My editorial process focuses on creating visual narratives that grab attention. Whether we are shooting for a fashion magazine, a celebrity feature, or a high-end commercial campaign, the goal is always the same: high-contrast, clean images that define a brand or persona.
The Production Process
An editorial shoot is a collaborative effort. Unlike standard portrait sessions, these campaigns require advanced planning. I work closely with my production team to source outfits, plan the creative direction, and set up lighting that suits the specific vibe of the publication. We use a mix of controlled studio environments in the Andheri or Goregaon belt and premium location rentals to give each spread a distinct, high-fashion identity.
Technical Standards
Print media demands precision. My retouching process focuses on skin texture retention and color grading that holds up on a magazine page, not just on a phone screen. We pay attention to the details—how the fabric catches light, the sharpness of the editorial makeup, and the composition of the frame. This ensures that when you submit the work, it meets professional publishing standards.
What to Expect
My editorial campaigns start at ₹110,000, which includes full production support: creative direction, professional lighting, styling, and post-production. If you are preparing for a feature or building a portfolio that needs to look industry-standard, we will need to discuss the concept beforehand to align on the wardrobe and location logistics.
