I pay close attention to the flow of your venue space. For ceremony seating, I arrange chairs in tidy rows that ensure every guest has a clear line of sight to the mandap. For receptions, I set up distinct lounge areas with leatherette sofas, creating a comfortable spot for guests to relax without feeling separated from the main event.
Getting the seating right is about more than just having enough chairs. It is about how the space feels when your guests arrive.
My Approach to Seating
When I visit your venue, I look at the layout first. If you are hosting on an open ground, I plan the seating to handle the natural flow of the area. I use sturdy, waterproof tenting and ensure the flooring is level so guests aren't walking on uneven ground.
Furniture Options
- Ceremony Seating: I provide standard plastic chairs with fresh white covers. I always include colored satin sashes to match your event theme, keeping the look consistent.
- VIP & Lounge Areas: For receptions, I bring in white leatherette (Rexine) box sofas and center tables. These create a dedicated space where elders or VIP guests can sit comfortably.
- Dining: If you need round table setups for catering, I handle the full layout, ensuring there is enough walking space between tables so your guests don't feel crowded.

Most clients worry about whether the tent will fit or if the chairs will look clean. Because I handle the transport and setup myself, you do not need to worry about the quality of the furniture.
