Welcoming Wedding Entrances and Aisle Decor
First impressions matter. I create beautiful entrances and walkways that set the right mood for your guests the moment they arrive.
This is a grand entrance structure I built for an outdoor wedding. It creates a formal entry point and looks great in photos. The red carpet leads guests through a decorated tunnel into the main event area.
A beautiful entrance I created for a night event. The arch is decorated with flowers and wrapped in fairy lights, creating a magical and welcoming walkway for guests arriving after dark.
A classic entrance setup for a traditional wedding. I used rich red velvet drapes with gold trim to create a royal entryway, leading to a red carpet that guides guests into the venue.
About Entrances & Aisles
For any night event, I always recommend pairing a floral arch with warm fairy lights along the aisle. It creates a soft, welcoming glow that guides guests straight into the venue and makes for excellent photos. If you have a specific entrance layout at your hall or ground, send me a photo first so I can plan the carpet and draping size accurately.
The entrance is the first thing your guests see, and I make sure it sets the right tone for your celebration. Whether it is a grand, draped tunnel for a large wedding or a simple, elegant floral arch for a home ceremony, the goal is to create a seamless transition from the street to your event space.
My Approach to Entrance Decor
I specialize in custom setups that fit the space you have. If you are booking a community hall in Mumbai, I typically use a box-arch structure that fits standard doorways, draped with high-quality Lycra fabric to hide any structural poles. For outdoor weddings, I set up longer tunnels with red carpet, using pillars and floral arrangements to create a clear, inviting path.
What I Include
- Fabric & Draping: I use dual-tone Lycra cloth—pink and white, red and gold, or white and gold—to match your theme. The cloth is tensioned properly so it does not look loose or untidy.
- Floral Accents: I use a mix of marigolds for traditional events and Dutch roses or artificial wisteria for a modern look on arches and pillars.
- Lighting: For evening events, fairy light tunnels or serial lights are my go-to. They add a magical touch without being overwhelming.
- Flooring: I provide fresh red synthetic carpeting for all walkways to ensure a clean, royal feel underfoot.
I handle the full setup, from the framework to the final flower placement. You do not need to worry about the logistics; my team and I arrive early to make sure everything is ready before your first guest walks in.
