Event Decoration and Photography Showcase
A selection of my recent event setups in Bangalore, ranging from vibrant themed birthday arches to traditional housewarming floral arrangements.
This is why I do what I do. Hearing this client describe how we made their son's first birthday amazing, from the on-time decoration to the picture-perfect moments, is my greatest reward. We brought the setup they saw in photos to life, and their happiness says it all.
For this Gruhapravesham, I created a welcoming entrance that blends tradition with personal touches. The setup features a sacred Ganesha idol, fresh flower arrangements in brass urlis, and a custom banner to welcome Shalini and Praveen to their new home.
This video shows the transformation for Tejas Chari's birthday, from setting up the first balloon to the final elegant backdrop. I designed this modern theme using a sophisticated palette of gold, white, and yellow, accented with pampas grass for a stylish finish.
It was a pleasure to receive such kind words in Kannada from this family. They were thrilled with the vibrant purple and white balloon arch for their daughter Sanvi's birthday. Seeing the whole family happy in front of the final setup is truly special.
A new home deserves a grand welcome. I constructed this large, traditional entrance arch for a housewarming using authentic materials like woven coconut leaves, fresh banana leaves, and garlands of marigold and jasmine for an auspicious beginning.
Details matter. This twisted garland, or 'thorana', was handcrafted with fresh jasmine and purple flowers to adorn the main doorway. It's a beautiful and traditional way to welcome guests and positive energy into the home for any celebration.
Celebrating a mother is always special. For this surprise, I created a warm and intimate atmosphere with a flowing balloon arch, delicate drapery, and soft fairy lights. The light-up "MOM" letters added that final, heartfelt touch to the celebration.
About Featured
When I show up for a setup, it’s not just about the balloons or the flowers. I handle the entire design execution from the ground up, usually spending 2 to 4 hours on-site to ensure the final look matches what we discussed. Once your party wraps up, I also take care of the dismantling, so you aren't left clearing up frames or cleaning floral stems after your guests leave.
My Approach to Events
I treat every project as if it were for my own family. Whether I am setting up a balloon arch for a first birthday or weaving fresh jasmine for a housewarming (Gruhapravesha), my process is the same: I listen to your specific vision first, then I handle the logistics. I work across Bangalore, with a strong focus on the Ramamurthy Nagar area.
Decoration and Pricing
I offer a range of setups to fit different needs and budgets:
- Small Gatherings (₹3,500 – ₹5,000): Ideal for intimate home events. This includes a circular metal frame with 150-200 balloons, sheer drapes, and LED signage.
- Premium Themed Setups (₹12,000 – ₹16,000): For larger celebrations requiring a custom 8x8 foot backdrop, over 300 balloons, and personalized cutouts.
- Traditional Floral Decor (₹8,500 – ₹12,000): Focused on authentic ceremonies, using fresh banana leaves, marigolds, and jasmine for entrance and pooja mandap decoration.
Photography and Coordination
I don't just decorate; I also cover events with candid photography and cinematic video. By managing both the decor and the photography, I can ensure the setup I create looks good through the camera lens.
