About Our In-House Inventory
Since I own all the gear I use, I don't rely on third-party rentals. Whether you need a simple tent for a society function or a full production setup with cold pyro and moving head lights for a wedding, the equipment comes straight from my warehouse. This cuts out the extra cost and ensures that what you see in my inventory is exactly what gets delivered to your venue.
Own the Gear, Own the Price
When you rent from an event planner who manages their own inventory, you stop paying for markups. I have invested in my own equipment so that I can control two critical things: quality and timing. I don't have to wait for a third-party vendor to arrive with your chairs or lights. My team loads the truck from our warehouse, and we set it up ourselves.
What We Stock
- Structures & Tents: From canopy tents for small birthday parties to German hanger tents with full platforms for large-scale wedding receptions.
- Seating & Furniture: We have plastic chairs with covers, VIP chairs, and decorative couple sofas for the main stage.
- Lighting & AV: Professional moving heads, PAR cans, follow spots, and complete sound systems. We handle the wiring and trussing.
- Special Effects: This is our specialty. We own the dry ice machines (low fog), cold pyro guns, confetti blasters, and even bubble machines for those 'dhamakedar' entries.
Logistics & Delivery
We service the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Pune, and Ahilyanagar. Because I own the transport and the equipment, I can be flexible with schedules. If you are planning an event in a society compound or a private hall, we do a site visit to check ceiling heights and access points, then bring exactly what fits. No last-minute surprises, no excuses about 'vendor delays' because I am the vendor.
