How We Train

We operate across Mumbai with buzzing centers in Andheri, Malad, Borivali, Bandra, Matunga, and Navi Mumbai. Basketball at our academy is not just about showing up, it is about finding your edge. Our sessions are designed to push you, but we always keep the focus on the fun—I often ask, 'mazaa aa raha hai?' (are you having fun?) because if you aren't enjoying the process, you aren't growing.

The Training Roadmap

• Foundation: For our younger ballers and beginners, we focus on motor skills, ball handling, and basic shooting form. We build the base before we add the flash.
• Development: As you progress, we introduce agility ladder work, shuttle runs, and defensive strategies. You will sweat, you will laugh, and you will learn how to read the game, not just play it.
• Scrimmage & Strategy: For intermediate and advanced players, we focus on 3v3 and 5v5 play. This is where we apply the skills in a live environment, turning defense into scoring opportunities.

Most of our sessions are conducted on outdoor hard courts, which is where the game truly lives. You will be training with a group of 15-20 students, ensuring you get enough reps while learning the value of teamwork.
