The biggest difference in our Bhangra sessions is the intensity. We mix traditional high-kicks with aerobics-style drills so you are not just learning choreography, you are training for stamina. If you have any knee or joint concerns, let us know beforehand; our studio in Ashok Vihar has shock-absorbent wooden flooring to keep you safe while you go all out.
We don't do boring routines. At Malang, our Bhangra Power Workouts are structured to keep your heart rate up from the minute you step onto the floor. We combine non-stop Bhangra steps with cardio bursts, making sure you burn maximum calories while feeling the vibe of the music.
Why it works
It is not just dance; it is a 60-minute cardio blast. We run this as part of our 5-days-a-week evening batch (6:30 PM to 7:30 PM). It is perfect for working professionals or anyone looking to blow off steam after a long day.
The Space
You will be working out in our air-conditioned basement studio in Ashok Vihar. We have installed laminated wooden flooring specifically to handle the impact of jumps and folk moves, so you can focus on the groove, not your joints.
The Vibe
Our classes are inclusive. You do not need to be a professional dancer to keep up—most of our members started as complete beginners. The only thing we ask is that you bring energy. If you are looking for a long-term change, we also have quarterly packages that help you stay consistent and save on the monthly rate.
