When you look at these transformations, notice that the skin still looks like skin. I don't use heavy filters because I want you to recognize yourself in the mirror after the makeup is done. My process involves careful color correction and intense hydration prep, techniques that keep the makeup feeling lightweight and breathable, even if we are building up a full, long-lasting look for a 10-hour event.
There is a massive difference between makeup done for a professional shoot and makeup meant for a real person at an event. Most artists showcase photos of models with flawless, airbrushed skin. My focus is different. These photos are of real clients—mothers, brides, and guests—who came to me with their unique skin concerns, be it pigmentation, acne, or just tiredness from wedding planning.
My technique centres on HD makeup that handles the heat of rituals and the harshness of camera flashes without looking cakey or feeling heavy. Whether I am doing a look for a naming ceremony in Bengaluru or a traditional muhurtham, I use products like MAC, Huda Beauty, and Kryolan specifically selected for the client's skin tone.
