Featured Makeup Looks & Editorial Styles
I believe makeup should enhance who you are, not mask it. Here is a selection of my work, ranging from high-pressure television sets to intimate, glowing bridal moments.
This is a look I created for the wonderful actress Shwetha Prasad for her role in the Zee Kannada serial 'Amruthadhare'. The goal was a timeless and radiant traditional South Indian style that looked flawless on camera, complete with classic diamond jewellery and a neat floral bun.
Here is a real transformation, showing how I work with textured skin to create a smooth, camera-ready finish that never looks cakey. This look for Gagana features a classic red lip and soft smokey eye, perfect for a glamorous photoshoot.
Hearing such kind words from my clients is the best part of my job. This is Simran's reaction right after I finished her engagement makeup. Building that trust and seeing her so happy is what I always strive for.
For this stunning maternity shoot, we went for a classic Hollywood glamour theme. I created a bold look with a striking red lip and defined eyes to complement the elegant black strapless gown, ensuring the mom-to-be felt absolutely radiant.
I had the pleasure of doing Shwetha Prasad's makeup for a brand logo launch. We chose a modern, chic look with soft, wavy hair and makeup that enhanced her features, pairing beautifully with this striking black and lime green Mysore silk saree.
This close-up from a portfolio shoot shows a full glam look perfect for evening events or cocktail parties. I focused on creating a dramatic smokey eye, sculpted features, and a complementary matte lip for a high-fashion, editorial result.
Creating inspirational bridal looks is a passion of mine. For this South Indian bridal shoot, I designed a complete look with a bold lip, defined eyes, and traditional gold jewellery that beautifully complements the rich Kanjivaram saree.
About this collection
When you look at these images, notice that none of them rely on heavy editing. Whether it is a high-definition TV shoot or an outdoor bridal event, my technique focuses on deep skin preparation—layering specific hydration and primers—so the finish lasts through long hours under studio lights without ever looking cakey or dry.
My work bridges two very different worlds: the fast-paced, technical environment of television production and the emotional, personal nature of bridal makeup. For camera work, especially on sets like Zee Kannada, I focus on 'editorial-grade' durability. This means using sweat-resistant bases and precision contouring that stands up to 4K video output and harsh lighting. I pay close attention to skin texture, ensuring that the base remains flawless and smooth, which is just as vital for a close-up portfolio shot as it is for a wedding reception.
For my brides, the goal remains the same: a 'no-filter' look that feels like you, just more radiant. I take the time to consult on how your makeup will sit with your jewellery and saree, ensuring every element is balanced. I work with clients across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, and beyond, adapting my kit to suit the specific climate and venue type. If you are preparing for a shoot or your big day, my process is highly collaborative. I want to understand your vision, your comfort level, and what makes you feel beautiful so we can achieve a result that looks real, authentic, and polished.
