About Traditional South Indian Brides
When I work with traditional brides, I focus on skin prep that handles our Bangalore weather while making sure your makeup looks dewy and fresh for those long, emotional ceremonies. I don't just apply foundation; I work on color correction and hydration so that when you're under the heavy ceremony lights, your base stays flawless and comfortable.
The beauty of a traditional South Indian bridal look lies in the balance. We want those deep, rich colours of your Kanjeevaram to pop, but we also want your skin to look natural, not masked. My process involves advanced CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturising) and hydration-boosting serums to ensure your base sits perfectly for hours.
My Approach to Your Traditional Look
- The HD Finish: I use HD liquid or cream foundations that are designed to look skin-like in person and completely seamless in photos. No caking, just a healthy, lit-from-within glow.
- Traditional Hair Art: From classic neat buns to intricate, floor-length braids, I love the styling side of things. I handle the placement of fresh flowers like jasmine and mogra, and if you're using a jadanagam, I make sure it is pinned securely so you can move with confidence.
- Attention to Detail: Whether it is the alignment of your mathapatti or ensuring your nose ring sits perfectly, I handle the fine-tuning so you can relax. I also do body glow application on arms and collarbones, which really completes that bridal look.
I bring my full kit, including ring lights and all necessary tools, directly to your venue in Bangalore or your outstation location. This means no rushing around for you. My goal is to make sure that when you look back at your wedding photos years from now, you still love the look we created together.
