Freshness Matters
I don't use frozen, pre-made sponges. Everything is baked on-site at my shops in Sector 21 and Sector 35. You can walk in with a theme and often walk out with a fresh cake in just 10 minutes. If you have a specific flavor in mind—like Rasmalai or Triple Chocolate—let me know, and I will make sure the layers are soaked and filled just the way you like them.
