Our players have successfully transitioned from the traditional red soil of our maidan to the synthetic mats of professional arenas. We are proud to see 8 of our academy athletes competing in Season 2 of Ultimate Kho Kho for teams like Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Khiladis, and Odisha Juggernauts.

• Physical Conditioning: A Kho-Kho athlete needs the explosive power of a sprinter and the stamina of a marathon runner. Our signature 5km endurance runs and interval sprinting are the foundation for the agility you see on screen.
• Technical Skill: Pole diving is an art. We focus heavily on technique to minimize injury while maximizing the reach and speed of the dive.
