The Training Ground Advantage

Our success is deeply rooted in our training philosophy. We train six days a week on traditional red soil, which builds the raw grit required for Kho-Kho and Kabaddi. Our coaches, many of whom are Shiv Chhatrapati Award winners, focus on:

• Technical Precision: Mastery of pole diving, sky dives, and specific raiding footwork.
• Physical Conditioning: 5km endurance runs and interval sprints that prepare our athletes for the long haul.
• Internal Competition: Through the Mahatma Premier League (MPL), we recreate match-day intensity so there are no surprises when our players face outside teams.
