About Behind The Scenes & Special Effects
Ever wonder how the hall looks perfect before your guests arrive? It takes about 3 to 4 hours of assembly for my team. If you are planning on using cold pyro or fog machines for that dramatic entry, do check with your venue manager first to ensure they allow indoor special effects.

The Setup Process
Whether it is a jungle theme or a minimalist baby shower, the prep work is consistent. We start with the backdrop frame, then add the draping, followed by the balloon detailing, and finally, the props and neon signs. If you have a specific vision, I can replicate it or build something from scratch to match your space constraints.
Special Effects Safety
The cold pyro and fog machine setups are great for cake-cutting moments, but they are technical. Please note that while these are safe, not every banquet hall or apartment clubhouse in Bengaluru allows indoor fireworks. Always confirm this with your venue manager before we finalize your package. My team handles all the wiring, positioning, and safety precautions, so you do not have to worry about the technical side of things.
