- Surface Prep: Chipping existing plaster and installing chicken mesh/binding wire for bonding.
- Sculpting: Layering cement mortar (1:3 or 1:4 ratio) and hand-carving textures like bark or feathers.
- Depth: Low to Mid-relief sculpting with 1 to 3-inch depth.
Resource & Finish
- Labor: Includes lead artist and helpers.
- Finish: Delivered in paint-ready grey cement finish (painting excluded).
Client Requirements
- Materials: Client provides Cement, River/M-Sand, and water.
- Access: Scaffolding and ladders provided by client.
- Logistics: Accommodation and food required for out-of-station sites.
High-Relief Divine & Figurative Sculptures
Scope of Work
- High-Detail Sculpting: Anatomically correct figures of Gods, Goddesses, or Animals with facial expressions.
- Structural Support: Installation of brick or metal rod armature for projections exceeding 4 inches (e.g., trunks, bellies).
- Background: Includes simple textured background or halo effects.
Execution
- Process: Multi-stage layering from blocking to fine detail carving.
- Material: Uses fine sieved sand or gypsum-cement blends for smooth facial details.
Client Requirements
- Safety: Sturdy scaffolding is mandatory for high-elevation work.
- Curing: Client responsible for water curing for minimum 7 days.
Ornamental Pillar Capitals & Arches
Scope of Work
- Design Styles: Corinthian (floral), Ionic (scrolls), or Traditional Indian motifs (Yali or Lotus).
- Coverage: 360-degree sculpting on standard structural pillars (1.5 ft to 2 ft width).
- Method: Hand-sculpted wet cement customized to exact pillar size (not readymade moulds).
Important Notes
- Structure: Core concrete column must be cast by contractor; this service is decorative cladding only.
- Finish: Delivered in raw cement finish.
- Durability: Integrated with pillar concrete to prevent peeling.
Custom 3D Cement Name Boards
Scope of Work
- Typography: Custom font design (English or Tamil) matching building aesthetics.
- 3D Projection: Sculpting letters with 0.5 to 1-inch projection from the wall.
- Decor: Includes borders or small motifs (Diya, Om, Floral) within the board area.
Execution
- Precision: Usage of water levels and stencils for perfect alignment.
- Finish: Putty finish or fine cement paste used for smooth, legible lettering.

Naan vandhu oru vishayam romba strong-a namburen (I believe this deeply): my talent is my investment, and this art is my bread and butter. For me, namma tholil dhaan namakku kadavul (our work itself is God). I sculpt stories out of cement, not just walls.

My Story
Namma seiyyara tholil dhaan namakku kadavul (the work we do is our God). Every building site, under the burning sun, adhu dhaan enaku koyil (that’s my temple). Some days, kadisi varai nikkiren (I stand till the end). This is my vaalvaadhaaram (livelihood), art is never free. I work, I stand, I win or lose, but I never stop. People talk, but I just keep sculpting. That’s my way.
