Hand-Sculpted Architectural Cement Designs
I turn basic structural elements like pillars, arches, and ceilings into permanent art. Every piece is sculpted by hand on-site, using cement to create 3D details that are built to last as long as your home.

This video shows the process of creating a ceiling medallion. I start by applying a circle of wet cement and then meticulously carve the pattern, working overhead to create the final piece.

About Architectural Artistry
I don't use pre-cast moulds or factory templates. When you hire me, I work directly on your site, applying mortar to your pillar, ceiling, or archway and sculpting the detail while the cement is wet. This isn't just decoration; it's a structural addition. Because I build the art into the surface using chicken mesh and proper binding wire, it becomes part of the building itself, not something glued on later that might peel off or crack.
Architecture should have character. I see too many homes with standard, boring pillars and doorways. My work is about changing that by hand-carving designs that you cannot find in a store.
My Process
- Pillar Capitals: Whether you want a classical Corinthian look, floral motifs, or traditional Yali designs, I sculpt them 360 degrees around the structural column. I work on the scaffolding, ensuring the proportions match your building height perfectly.
- Arches and Beams: A plain doorway can be the highlight of your hall. I sculpt arches directly onto the wall to create a grand entrance, adding depth that creates natural shadows and highlights.
- Ceiling Medallions: This is my favourite challenge. Working overhead is difficult, but the result—a detailed, circular floral design as a base for your fan or chandelier—changes the entire feel of a room.
I use a cement ratio (1:3 or 1:4) that ensures strength, and I personally oversee the surface preparation. You provide the raw materials like cement and sand, and I bring the skill to turn those into a permanent feature. If you have an idea, we can discuss how to make it fit your space.
MageshElevations
I don't believe in using pre-made moulds. I stand on the scaffolding, mix the cement, and carve every detail by hand, just like I have for every site I’ve worked on. Your house is a structure, but I see the potential for it to be a piece of art that stays there forever.
