This is where my heart meets the canvas. From surreal landscapes to childhood memories, explore the pieces I am most proud of.

This painting is called "Joda," which means 'the pair'. It’s a story about two birds, representing a companionship that remains constant even as the seasons of life change around them. I used a mix of gold and blue to capture that feeling of a timeless, serene bond.

These two pieces, "Gehraiyaan" and "Vo Shaam," are explorations into surrealism. I love playing with big moons, shadows, and a sense of mystery to create dream-like landscapes that pull you into another world. They are about the beauty found in light and darkness.

This one is pure nostalgia for me. It’s an oil painting of koi fish and a paper boat, inspired by simple childhood memories of making origami and floating boats in collected rainwater. It’s a reminder of those simple, happy moments.

Here’s a little glimpse into my process. Every painting starts with a feeling or a story, and from there, it’s a journey of bringing it to life with each brushstroke. This is where I get lost in my work, usually with some good music on.

I call this piece "Whisky & Tea." It’s about how opposites can attract and create something beautiful together. The boldness of whisky and the gentleness of tea just work. This piece is available as a high-quality art print, making it an affordable way to bring this story into your home.

It was so special to hear fellow artist Bhavya Wangnoo share her interpretation of my painting "Joda" at an exhibition. For her, the lines felt like a cage, but the birds' bond was a fixed memory that never changes. I love when my art starts a soul-to-soul conversation like this.

The final and most important step for my original paintings is applying a gloss varnish. This protective layer is non-porous, which means it shields the artwork from dust and dirt, keeping the colors vibrant and fresh for many years to come.

About Featured

When you bring a painting home, you want it to stay vibrant. That is why I personally seal every original canvas with a high-quality gloss varnish. It creates a non-porous barrier that blocks out dust and humidity, so your artwork looks as fresh ten years from now as it does today.
