You don't need a background in fine arts to start. In these 2-hour sessions, we move past perfection and focus on repetitive, rhythmic patterns—like freehand circles and flowy lines—that help quiet a busy mind. I provide all the fine liners and sketchbooks; you just bring an open mind and a willingness to let go of the day's stress.

Finding Your Calm Through Lines

Many people think you need to be an 'artist' to create, but in my Mindful Doodling sessions, the goal isn't a gallery-worthy piece. It is about the process. We use repetitive, structured patterns to shift focus away from anxiety and onto the simple movement of the pen. It is a form of active meditation that you can practice anywhere, long after our session ends.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Technique over Talent: We start with basic, freehand movements—wavy lines, concentric circles, and geometric fills. You will learn how to build complex designs from these simple foundations.

I host these workshops across various venues in Delhi NCR. All materials—fine liner pens, quality drawing sheets, and sketchbooks—are provided as part of the session fee. You just need to bring yourself, a bit of curiosity, and a willingness to embrace the 'imperfect'.
