In the Media and Art Exhibitions
Art is more than canvas and paint; it is a way to start real conversations. These features and appearances capture moments where my work has connected with the wider community.
Art is a way to understand ourselves and the world. In this podcast, I talk about how the pressure of social media can affect our mental health, reminding us that *door ke dhol suhane hote hain*. My workshops are a space to disconnect from that noise and reconnect with yourself.
I was honored to be part of a World Cancer Day event with 200 students. This video shows the doctors, the artists, and the powerful art created to spread a message of hope and strength. Using art for awareness is something I deeply believe in.
Seeing my name and work featured in Punjab Kesari for the 'Winter Vibes' exhibition was an incredible feeling. It's moments like these that validate all the hard work and make the dream feel real.
My first exhibition was also covered in Dainik Bhaskar! I'm so grateful for the media recognition, which helps bring more attention to the vibrant local art scene and the talented artists within it.
About In the Media & On the Stage
Beyond hosting cozy workshops, I love using art as a bridge to start real conversations. Whether I am collaborating with schools for awareness drives or showcasing my work at galleries in Hauz Khas, every public appearance is about sharing the belief that art is for everyone, not just the experts.
My journey into the public eye has never been about fame. It is about proving that art is a legitimate tool for wellness and social change. When I speak on podcasts about the anxiety caused by social media or the constant pressure of feeling like the grass is always greener elsewhere—or as we say, 'door ke dhol suhane hote hain'—I am really just trying to help people slow down and tune into themselves.
Why I Take My Art to the Stage
Being featured in publications like Punjab Kesari and Dainik Bhaskar for my exhibitions at the Lokayata Art Gallery was a milestone. It was not just about the media coverage; it was about the validation that my work resonates with people who have never picked up a brush before.
I also strongly believe in using my practice to give back. My collaboration with schools for World Cancer Day, where 200 students created art together, showed me how powerful creative expression can be when it is used to fight fear with hope.
What I Bring to Events
If you see my work in the media, it is usually because I am trying to demystify the creative process. If you want to host an event, a team-building session, or a community art workshop, know that I do not bring a rigid curriculum. I bring a space for connection, mess, and laughter. Whether it is a small group in a living room or a larger community event, the goal remains the same: helping people find their own artistic voice.
