Behind the Scenes: My Handmade Skincare Process
I do not use big machines or mass production lines. Everything you see here, from the soaps to the face washes, is made right in my kitchen. It is a slow, honest process designed to keep ingredients fresh and your skin healthy.
For a soap maker, molds are a real treasure. Here is my collection, all cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next batch. Each shape holds the story of a different soap I've created over the years.
This is how every single soap is packed, one by one, with a lot of patience. This careful shrink-wrapping process ensures each bar stays fresh and protected until it reaches you.
Packing a repeat order for a dear customer. This box is filled with a customized dry skin face wash, CO2 hair oil, and a French blue clay mask. I always add a few freebies to show my gratitude for their continued support.
About My Handmade Process
People often ask why I pack every order myself. It is not just about protection, it is the final quality check. When I shrink-wrap each soap or box up a kit, I am making sure the product reaching you is exactly the same one I would use on my own family's skin.
Everything I make starts with basic, raw ingredients. My formulas rely on Ayurvedic staples like Saffron, Kasturi Manjal, and cold-pressed oils. Because I produce these in micro-batches, I do not need harsh preservatives to keep them shelf-stable for years. This means you are getting products made recently, not items that have been sitting in a warehouse for months.
You will see soap molds and mixing bowls in these photos because that is all I use. There are no industrial mixers here. When I create a batch of Ubtan soap or a hair oil, I am physically involved in every step, from blending the herbs to pouring the mixture and hand-cutting the bars.
I also run a bottle return campaign because I want to keep my environmental impact low. My kitchen is small, my team is just me, and my philosophy is simple. If I cannot pronounce or understand an ingredient, I will not put it in your bottle. If you have questions about specific plant extracts or how my oils are processed, just send me a message. I am happy to explain exactly how I make them.
