About Cherishing the Tiny Details
The window for those sleepy, curled-up poses is incredibly short. To capture these classic newborn shots, I recommend scheduling your session when your baby is between 5 and 15 days old. Beyond this, babies naturally stretch out and become more alert, which changes the session rhythm, but we can still create beautiful, relaxed portraits that celebrate your new beginning.
My approach to newborn photography is centered on patience and safety. In my Jakkur studio, I use a dedicated, trained assistant for every session, ensuring your baby is supported, comfortable, and safe while we capture those macro details—the eyelashes, the grip of a tiny hand, the curve of a foot.
I focus on a minimalist aesthetic for these sessions. By using soft, neutral textures and natural light, the focus remains entirely on your baby rather than the props. Whether you are looking for simple wrapped poses or classic family portraits, I prioritize a slow, calm pace. If your baby needs a feeding or a soothing break, we stop. My goal is to work around your baby’s comfort, not a ticking clock.
For families in Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar, I offer both studio-based sessions and home visits. While the studio is equipped with the full range of premium wraps, bonnets, and props, I can also create a beautiful, serene environment in your own home. If you are past the 15-day mark, do not worry; we will simply adjust the posing styles to suit your baby’s current developmental stage, focusing on eye contact and those first gummy smiles.
