Divine & Mythological Mehndi Designs in NCR
I bring sacred portraits of deities like Radha-Krishna, Shiv-Parvati, and Ganesha to life on your palms. Each design is a piece of art that blends tradition with personal devotion for your special day.
A divine combination for any festival, this design features Radha and Krishna on one hand and Shiv and Parvati on the other. It's a testament to intricate portraiture and storytelling.
A beautiful portrait of Lord Shiv and Goddess Parvati sitting together on a swing under a tree. This is a serene and detailed design, perfect for the forearm.
A stunning Radha-Krishna portrait on the palm, with the design extending up the arm with peacock and floral motifs. The use of negative space makes the figures stand out.
A close-up of me drawing a beautiful Lord Ganesha motif. Ganesha is a popular choice for auspicious beginnings like weddings and new ventures.
A full-figure portrait of Lord Krishna playing his flute. This design covers the entire palm and is filled with intricate details on his clothing and jewelry.
A sweet portrait of Laddu Gopal (baby Krishna) on the palm. This is a lovely design for Janmashtami or for anyone who feels a special connection to him.
Another beautiful depiction of Laddu Gopal, this time with a halo around his head. The fingers are decorated with simple, traditional patterns.
About this collection
When you choose a mythological portrait, the detail matters most—that is why I never rush these sessions. I take time to perfect the expressions of Radha-Krishna or Ganesha, often sketching the posture on paper first to ensure everything feels just right before I start on your skin.
My approach to divine and mythological mehndi goes beyond standard patterns. Whether you want a serene Shiv-Parvati portrait for your engagement or a joyful Laddu Gopal design for Janmashtami, I treat your skin as a canvas for storytelling.
The Art of Portraits These designs require steady hands and patience. I focus on negative space and shading to make the figures stand out, ensuring the jewelry, clothing, and facial features are clear and recognizable. I often combine these portraits with traditional Rajasthani or Madhubani borders to frame the central figure properly.
My Process
- Consultation: I like to know the story behind your choice. Whether it's for a wedding or a baby shower, tell me what these figures mean to you.
- Preparation: I mix my own organic henna paste. It’s fresh, natural, and gives a deep, rich stain that helps the intricate portrait details pop once the colour develops.
- Aftercare: To get the best stain for your portrait, I share my personal 'nuskhe' (tips), like using clove smoke (laung ki dhuan) to darken the pigment. I provide guidance on how to care for the design so your portraits look vibrant for days after the application.
If you are planning a special event in Delhi, Noida, or the wider NCR area, reach out. I don't just apply mehndi; I put my soul into it, ensuring your divine design is as meaningful to you as it is to me.
