About Maternity: Celebrating Your Glow
My maternity sessions are a 3 to 3.5-hour experience, splitting time between my Kasavanahalli studio and a local park. This dual approach gives you artistic, controlled lighting and the natural, breezy feel of a golden-hour shoot, so you do not have to pick one style over the other.
Your Wardrobe, Sorted
I provide a full client closet including premium maternity gowns, traditional sarees, and flowing drapes in various fabrics. You do not need to hunt for outfits that only work for a single day. If you prefer to wear your own clothes, I offer guidance on coordinating outfits for you and your partner, such as the classic denim and white shirt look, to ensure the colors and textures look great in the final images.
What Happens During the Shoot
We start in the studio to get those polished, artistic portraits, utilizing props like 'Mommy to be' signs, ultrasound scan frames, and floral crowns. After that, we head to a nearby outdoor location to catch the soft light of the golden hour. I focus on directed poses that highlight your silhouette, but I also encourage spontaneous, candid interactions between you and your partner.
Deliverables and Safety
Each session includes 25 to 30 high-resolution, artistically retouched images. I perform professional skin smoothing and body shaping as part of the editing process, which takes 3 to 4 weeks for final delivery. Safety and comfort are my priorities, so we pace the session to ensure you are never tired, allowing for breaks whenever you need them.
