A look at the hardware and team coordination required to blend real-time digital environments with physical production lighting.

This promotional reel is a fast-paced summary of what's possible at our virtual production studio. From imagination to reality in real-time, we create worlds without limits for films, commercials, and music videos.

About Our Process & Technology

The most common challenge in virtual production is not the LED wall itself, but the disconnect between the digital background and the foreground lighting. When we deploy our volume, we do not just supply panels; our gaffers and Unreal operators work in tandem to ensure the light intensity and color temperature from our ARRI and Astera fixtures react dynamically to the virtual scene. This synchronization prevents the flat look often seen in basic setups and ensures the final camera output requires minimal color grading in post-production.

Our Technical Infrastructure

Virtual production relies on the seamless integration of hardware, software, and on-set experience. Our studio is built around high-refresh-rate LED volumes (P2.0mm and P2.6mm) that eliminate scan lines and flicker issues, essential for shooting at high frame rates. We use Brompton and Novastar processors to manage color depth and HDR workflows, ensuring the footage looks consistent straight out of the camera.

The Virtual Production Pipeline

We operate on an Unreal Engine 5 workflow, allowing for real-time background generation. By utilizing Mo-Sys and HTC Vive Mars camera tracking systems, the perspective of the virtual environment shifts in perfect sync with your camera movement. This enables you to see the final shot live on the monitors, effectively removing the reliance on post-production for background compositing.

Integrated Lighting Control

Lighting is what makes or breaks the realism of a virtual set. Our packages include an integrated lighting kit, featuring:

  • ARRI SkyPanel S60-C: For industry-standard color accuracy and soft key lighting.
  • Astera Titan Tubes: For creating natural highlight lines and reflections on surfaces.
  • CreamSource Vortex: High-output units used to maintain consistent exposure across the volume.

Our Crew

Every project is supported by a dedicated team, including a virtual production supervisor, an Unreal Engine operator, and a gaffer. We handle the technical troubleshooting and rigging so your production crew can focus entirely on the shoot. Whether you are filming a music video or a feature film, our team integrates with your workflow to ensure the technology serves your creative direction, not the other way around.
