Virtual Production Innovation at WAVES 2025 Summit
We brought our LED volume and real-time filmmaking technology to the WAVES 2025 Summit to show the future of production. Here is a look at the live demonstrations we hosted at the Magical Maharashtra pavilion.

About Industry Leadership: WAVES 2025 Summit
At WAVES 2025, our goal was to demystify the technology behind the screen for the creative community. We set up an active virtual production environment on the exhibition floor to demonstrate how we handle real-time lighting integration, camera tracking, and LED volume management in a live setting.
The WAVES 2025 Summit provided a platform for us to move beyond standard trade show displays and show how real-time filmmaking works in practice. Many producers and directors have heard about LED volumes but remain uncertain about how the workflow integrates with traditional sets. By running a live, interactive environment at the Magical Maharashtra pavilion, we were able to showcase exactly how this technology reduces location constraints.
Why Live Demonstrations Matter
Virtual production is often viewed as a black box until you see the sync between the LED wall, the Unreal Engine workstations, and the camera tracking hardware. At the summit, we walked industry professionals through the calibration process, the importance of genlock, and how we sync high-end lighting fixtures like ARRI and Astera with the virtual environment.
Technology on Display
We used the opportunity to highlight our core infrastructure, including:
- High-Resolution LED Volumes: Displaying the clarity of P2.6 and P3.9 panels under exhibition lighting.
- Real-time Engine Integration: Showing how camera movement impacts perspective in virtual environments.
- Lighting Sync: Demonstrating how practical lighting must react to the content on the LED wall to avoid reflections and color mismatch.
Our participation at WAVES 2025 was about building relationships with directors, DOPs, and production heads. It was a chance to have technical conversations about production feasibility, timeline management, and how our virtual production studio in Mumbai can serve as a primary hub for your next project.
