Before we touch a single brick, we lock in a 3D design. This is our non-negotiable step to ensure you see exactly how the light hits your pergola or where the bar fits before fabrication starts. It stops the guessing games and ensures the reality matches your vision perfectly.
How We Build Your Space
We treat every rooftop in Delhi NCR as a blank canvas. Our process is designed to handle the practical reality of outdoor living—heat, dust, and rain—without sacrificing the aesthetic.
1. Concept & 3D Planning We start with a site visit to understand your space. We then generate 3D renders so you can see the placement of structures like pergolas, glass houses, or bars. This isn't just a pretty picture; it’s our roadmap for construction.
2. Structural Integrity An outdoor structure that falls apart after one monsoon is a waste. We use heavy-gauge Mild Steel (MS) or Aluminum box sections, treated with anti-rust coatings. Whether it’s a roof framework or a custom bar counter, we focus on welding, framing, and civil footings that are built to last.
3. Execution & Detailing Our team handles the heavy lifting—from installing toughened glass walls for our rooftop rooms to laying down waterproof flooring. We manage the electricals, ensuring wiring is concealed and waterproofed. You don't need to coordinate with ten different contractors; we handle the design, welding, masonry, and finishing in-house.
4. The Final Reveal We do the clean-up and the final styling. When we hand over the keys, the space is ready for you to move in, have a drink, or start your workday.
