About Glass Houses & Enclosed Rooms
The biggest headache with rooftop glass houses is the heat. If it is not insulated properly, your glass room becomes a sauna by noon. We tackle this by using puff-insulated roofing panels and double glazed glass, which keeps the temperature inside stable even when Delhi hits 40 degrees. You get the view, but not the glare or the heat.
Why a Glass House?
A glass house is not just an extra room. It is an extension of your lifestyle. Whether you need a quiet corner for your laptop, a personal gym that does not smell like a basement, or a gaming lounge where the boys can hang out without disturbing the house, we build structures that last.
The Tech Behind the Glow-up
- No More Sauna Vibes: We use puff-insulated sandwich panels (50mm to 75mm) for the roof. This reflects heat, keeping you cool inside.
- Year-Round Comfort: Our structures are AC-ready. We pre-install refrigerant piping sleeves and ensure all electrical wiring is concealed so you are not staring at ugly plastic conduits.
- Structural Integrity: We do not just put up glass walls. We use heavy-duty steel skeletons that can handle Delhi wind loads and heat expansion without cracking.
- Finish and Feel: From floor-to-ceiling 10mm or 12mm toughened glass to acoustic-friendly false ceilings, every inch is finished to look like a premium studio.
Our Process
We keep it simple. You pick the vibe, we handle the design, civil footings, fabrication, and final glazing. No need to hunt for ten different contractors. You tell us you need a gaming den, and we hand you the keys to a finished, functional space. If your terrace has that old storage cabin that looks like an eyesore, let us rip it out and turn it into the centerpiece of your house.
Let us find exactly what you need.
