Why We Build Outdoor Structures

I see every terrace as a chance to make something memorable, not just cover the space and call it done. For me, it’s about giving your rooftop a real personality - whether you want a cozy corner or a place where all your friends want to hang out.

What I Create

• Pergolas: This is where most transformations start. Pergolas carve out a lounge or dining spot from an open roof. Want it sleek? I keep it minimalist. Need privacy? I can add laser-cut panels. If you hate getting drenched but love the sunshine, I’ll throw in a rainproof terrace structure with polycarbonate roofing.

• Glass Houses: If you want monsoon chai with a view or a studio flooded with light, I build rooftop glass rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. You get the outdoors, minus the dust and heat.

• Rooftop Rooms: Sick of that ugly 'mumty' or porta cabin? I turn those boxes into actual living spaces - offices, gyms, lounges, whatever you need. Interiors and exteriors get a full upgrade so everything blends in.

• Outdoor Bars: Every party needs a killer bar. I design custom terrace bars with under-counter LED lights and finishes that look sharp, not tacky. It’s always the centerpiece for hanging out.
