About Our Community & Events
We host our primary fitness workshops right at the Decathlon Malad store, which means you get access to a professional, climate-controlled space with rubberized flooring. It is a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where we focus on Hatha yoga and mobility drills, perfect if you are tired of the usual boring gym routine.
Our community events, like Project Play, are designed to pull you out of the daily grind and back into the joy of movement. Whether it is a weekend yoga session in Malad or a sports-themed workshop in Borivali, the goal is always the same: to train saath mein (together) and actually enjoy the process. We move away from the traditional, solitary workout style. Instead, we incorporate partner work, acro-yoga basics, and group drills that build strength while you get to know the people training next to you.
