I bake every item from scratch in my home kitchen, which means I can tweak flavours and designs to exactly how you want them. Whether you are looking at my festive doughnuts or a detailed sculpted cake, do reach out at least a few days in advance so I can plan the fresh ingredients and piping work required.
My kitchen is my lab. While custom cakes are the heart of what I do, I am always in 'mad scientist mode' testing new ideas like my recent sourdough journey or perfecting eggless doughnuts. This page is a collection of those moments and the varied bakes that keep things exciting.
Why Order From My Kitchen
Everything you see here, from the intense dark chocolate ganache on my festive doughnuts to the hand-sculpted fondant baby on a baptism cake, is 100% eggless. I believe that not using eggs shouldn't mean sacrificing texture. My goal is to get that perfect, soft sponge and combine it with my signature less-sweet buttercream. It means you get to enjoy the actual flavour of the bake without that overwhelming sugar rush.
Customisation Without Limits
I love a challenge. If you have a specific theme, an inside joke, or even a drawing you want to see turned into dessert, I can make that happen. I have worked on everything from intricate anime characters to traditional festive themes for Diwali.
Practical Details
- Freshness First: I do not believe in frozen or pre-made stock. Everything is baked to order, which is why I strongly recommend pre-booking, especially if you have a specific design in mind.
- Locations: I am based in the Whitefield and Brookefield area, but I deliver across Bengaluru.
- Flavour Profiles: My menu isn't static. Whether you prefer classic vanilla or something more unique like lemon blueberry, I am happy to discuss what works best for your event.
