When a client told me they love almonds, I designed an entire menu around them. This video shows the almond themed event, from almond milk drinks to almond cakes and savory dishes.
My version of a Christmas tree. This festive platter is artfully arranged with layers of grapes, kiwi, strawberries, cheese, and crackers to create an edible and delicious tree.
The food should always match the vibe. For a Sufi night event, I created a warm and inviting atmosphere with candlelit decor, rustic serveware, and a menu of comforting, flavorful dishes.

When we plan your menu, I don't just hand you a standard list. We start with your event’s theme or an ingredient you’re obsessed with, like a menu built entirely around almonds or a warm, candlelit Sufi night spread, and I design the food and presentation to match that exact mood, ensuring every bite feels intentional.
My approach to custom catering is about more than just feeding guests, it’s about creating a narrative. Whether you have a specific festive concept in mind, like a Christmas butter board wreath, or a functional requirement for a boardroom meeting, I ensure the food aligns with the atmosphere you’ve worked so hard to set.
I work closely with you during the planning phase to understand your vision. If you have dietary preferences, be it Jain, vegan, or gluten-free, I incorporate these without compromising the flavour profile. My base kitchen is in Fort, and I personally oversee the production to ensure the passion I promise is what shows up on your table.
From the choice of ingredients to the way we style the display, every element is custom. We handle everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events across Mumbai, bringing the same level of detail to a small grazing board as we do to a full-course menu.
