Why I Do This
When a doctor or hospital lets you down, the feeling of being alone hits hard. I get it - sach bolne walon ki awaaz kam hi hoti hai (truthful people rarely get a voice). That’s why I fight for those who feel unheard, no matter how tough the fight.

- Complications from poor surgical materials or post-op care
- Getting worse after a wrong treatment or misdiagnosis
- Not being referred to a specialist when needed

- Feeling cheated or misled by a doctor or hospital
How I Work
Medical negligence cases are tough - mehnat aur patience dono chahiye (need both hard work and patience). Here’s my approach:
- File a formal complaint with the medical council (like Delhi Medical Council)
- If they don’t act, move to the High Court with a writ petition
- Push for surgical errors compensation or damages wherever possible
Focus on Cosmetic Surgery Negligence
Plastic and cosmetic surgery cases are a big part of my work. Many fake clinics get away due to weak laws. I have experience tackling these and pushing for better patient rights in medical malpractice.
My Belief
