About Player of the Month Recognition

We do not just pick players who score the most goals. Our Player of the Month recognition looks at attendance, attitude during drills, and how well a player supports their teammates. Whether it is a U9 beginner or a U15 squad member, the award reflects the habits they build during training sessions in Mulund, Vashi, or Thane rather than just raw talent on match day.

At Learn to Play Football School (LTPFS), we believe that technical skill is only half the battle. Our monthly awards serve as a checkpoint for our players' development, highlighting those who demonstrate the 'LTPFS way' consistently over 30 days of training.

How We Recognize Talent

Our coaching staff, led by AIFF and AFC certified experts, evaluates players based on specific metrics:

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Showing up ready to work in every session.
  • Attitude: How the player reacts to coaching feedback and handles both wins and losses.
  • Team Spirit: Mentoring peers and supporting teammates on the pitch.
  • Technical Growth: Tangible improvements in ball mastery and tactical positioning during our 60-75 minute training slots.

Development Across Age Groups

We operate across key Mumbai locations including Mulund, Vashi, Airoli, Bhandup, and Thane. Because our training is structured into distinct age groups—U9, U11, U13, and U15—our recognition program ensures that players are judged against their peers in age-appropriate modules. A U9 player might be recognized for grasping basic dribbling mechanics, while a U15 player is evaluated on tactical awareness and leadership during competitive league matches in the MFA or TFA circuits.

Why It Matters

This isn't about rewarding the best player for a single weekend. It is about rewarding the discipline required to reach the professional level. By highlighting these players, we create a roadmap for others to follow, reinforcing that the pathway from grassroots to pro is paved with daily, small improvements.
