We believe football development extends beyond the training ground. Explore our community events, annual parent meetings, and exposure tours that shape our players both on and off the field.

About Beyond the Pitch: Academy Life & Events

When we take our squads on exposure tours like our recent trip to Goa, the goal goes beyond winning matches. It is about building independence, learning to handle travel logistics as a team, and experiencing different tactical scenarios against academies we do not face in our regular local leagues.

Our academy life is built on the belief that a player's journey is shaped by their environment. We integrate several key elements outside of regular training to ensure our students grow as complete athletes.

Football Exposure Tours

We organize outstation tours, such as our recent development trip to Goa, to provide players with a change of scenery and challenge. These trips require kids to manage their own schedules, bond with teammates off the pitch, and adapt to playing on different turf surfaces against local opposition. This builds character and provides the tactical exposure needed to progress from grassroots to higher-level leagues.

Partnering with Parents

We see parents as vital stakeholders in a child's football journey. Our Annual Parent Meetings held at venues like the Rotary Club of Vashi are not just about updates. We educate parents on proper sports parenting, the reality of the pathway to professional clubs, and how to support their child through both wins and losses. We invite professionals like Amey Ranawade to share insights, ensuring our community stays informed and grounded.

Community Events

Events like our Father's Day matches are designed to bring the joy back to the game. By having parents participate, we create a fun, pressure-free environment that reinforces the love of football. It helps children see their parents as teammates and supporters, strengthening the family connection to the sport. Whether we are training in Mulund, Vashi, or Thane, these community-focused events define our culture as much as the drills we run.
