Creative Arts & Discovery Workshops for Kids
We give children a space to explore their imagination through hands-on art and upcycling projects. From fine motor skill exercises to large-scale collaborative creations, we help your child find their inner artist.
We give every child a canvas for their imagination. This young artist is deeply focused on his painting, a perfect example of how our art sessions foster creativity and fine motor skills.
Creativity knows no limits here. A young camper uses a water gun to create a large-scale splatter painting, a fantastic activity for sensory exploration and uninhibited artistic expression.
This thread weaving activity is excellent for developing a child's pincer grip and attention span. Watch as they patiently create colorful fish and boat designs, learning perseverance through art.
Learning is most effective when it's fun. This session combines paper tearing art with group interaction, allowing children's absorbent minds to grasp new textures, shapes, and social cues.
Teamwork makes the dream work. In this session, children collaborate on paper drawing projects and play with a parachute, learning to coordinate while strengthening their upper body and grip.
We teach children about sustainability in a tangible way. Through our partnership with Use Me Works, campers learn about waste management by creating new things from old materials.
Our campers proudly display their colorful butterfly paintings. This activity not only teaches symmetry and color blending but also gives them a beautiful piece of art to take home.
Look at this amazing zoo of animals created from upcycled materials. This project, part of our Wonderlabs science and art curriculum, shows how everyday items can be transformed with a little imagination.
Our art partner, Artistry Adda, helps older children explore more advanced painting techniques. The pride on their faces as they hold up their finished canvases says it all.

About Creative Arts & Discovery
It is not just about arts and crafts; we focus on the mechanics of creation. Whether it is a thread-weaving project to improve pincer grip or a large-scale splatter-painting session to build confidence, every activity is designed to help your child refine their motor skills while having a blast. We provide all the materials, including safe, upcycled items, so you do not need to worry about the cleanup or the preparation.
Our creative workshops go beyond drawing on paper. At Launchpad, we view art as a tool for developmental growth. We introduce children to a variety of mediums—from pottery wheel exposure and clay modeling to intricate thread weaving—that challenge them to think spatially and develop patience.
Why Creative Discovery Matters
We partner with specialists like Artistry Adda to ensure children are learning actual techniques, not just keeping busy. For younger toddlers (ages 2.5–5), we emphasize sensory play and movement to help them understand textures and shapes. For our older group (ages 5–7.5), we dive into more complex tasks like sustainability workshops through our partner, Use Me Works, where they learn to turn everyday waste into functional art.
What Your Child Will Learn
- Fine Motor Skills: Activities like paper tearing and pincer-grip weaving strengthen the hand muscles necessary for writing.
- Sustainability Awareness: Through upcycling projects, children see the value in repurposing materials, an essential life skill.
- Confidence: Art is subjective. By encouraging free-form painting and splatter art, we teach children that there is no 'wrong' way to express their creativity.
All our sessions are held in our climate-controlled, secure facility in Chanakyapuri. We keep group sizes limited to ensure an approximately 1:5 adult-to-child ratio, allowing our instructors to give personalized attention to every budding creator.
