About this collection
Fresh flowers add such a beautiful touch, but they require a little extra care. I use sanitized, food-safe flowers for all my boho designs to keep them looking fresh and safe. Because I work with delicate blooms and pampas grass, it is best to keep these cakes in a cool spot and serve them within a few hours of delivery so the flowers stay perky and the cream stays perfect.
The Boho Aesthetic
Creating a boho-style cake is about balance. I love mixing dried textures like pampas grass and palm spears with soft, fresh blooms like baby’s breath or roses. These elements create that rustic, dreamy look that feels less like a traditional bakery cake and more like art.
The Floral Process
Every flower I use is carefully sanitized and wrapped in food-safe barriers. Even though they are non-edible decorations, they touch your cake, so safety is my number one priority. You will find my floral designs range from minimalist baby’s breath cascades to more elaborate tiara-style arrangements with roses and peonies.
Planning Your Order
Since these designs often feature specific color palettes or flower types, I need a little heads-up. If you have a specific vibe in mind, maybe matching your wedding decor or a certain outfit, let me know when you book. I need at least 4-5 days to source the right flowers and bake your sponge fresh. My base cakes are all 100% eggless, whether you choose a classic vanilla or a rich Belgian chocolate sponge.
Care Instructions
Please remember that fresh flower cakes do not like direct sunlight or high heat. Keep them refrigerated until about 30 minutes before cutting to ensure the texture is just right.
