About Pretty & Personal: Cakes for Girls
The secret to these designs is in the little details I capture. When I make a custom figurine for your daughter's birthday cake, I actually look at the birthday outfit she will be wearing so the cake’s sugar-sculpted dress matches her own. It turns a simple dessert into a keepsake moment.
I believe a cake should be more than just a centerpiece. It is a story. Whether she is obsessed with unicorns, a specific animal, or a fairy tale, my job is to translate that into sugar art. I mostly work with Swiss Meringue buttercream for a smooth, clean finish, but I use fondant specifically for the hand-sculpted figurines and 3D details that bring these themes to life.
We can go as minimalist or as detailed as you like. If you want a tall, clean cake with just a few floral accents or a whimsical scene featuring a miniature version of your child, I handle the engineering and the art. Because every cake is a bespoke project, I sketch out designs based on your theme. If you are not sure, tell me what she loves—her hobbies, her favorite books, or the colors she cannot stop talking about—and we will build a theme from there.
Everything is made in my Chembur kitchen, and I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Since these designs involve delicate sugar work and personalized planning, please reach out at least a week before your date so we have enough time to perfect the details.
