About Our Community: Events & Readers
Our space is designed for messy creativity and real conversations. When you drop in for a workshop or a storytelling session, expect to see kids sharing thoughts on their latest reads, doodling at our art table, and actually connecting with other young readers instead of just sitting quietly in a library.
We call our space a book adda, which means it is a hangout, not a sterile library. Our events are built around that core idea of connection. Whether it is a creative writing workshop, a theatre session, or an author meet-and-greet, every event is meant to spark a new idea.
The Book Bees Passport is at the heart of our community. Kids track their reading progress, earn stamps, and celebrate milestones, which gives them a real sense of accomplishment beyond the screen. It turns reading into a fun challenge they can track throughout the year.
We also keep our art corner open daily. It is a dedicated space where kids can unwind with crayons or play chess between browsing our curated shelves. We have everything from picture books to YA fantasy, but the real magic happens when they sit down to talk about what they found.
