Application Details
- Duration: 45 to 90 minutes per look.
- Scope: Creation of a single complex injury (e.g., forearm burn, bullet wound on forehead, deep throat slit).
- Context: Suitable for high-definition film shoots, Halloween parties, or prank events.
Technique & Materials
- Texture Building: Use of Derma Wax, Liquid Latex, or Silicone compounds to create 3D raised flesh, keloids, or charred skin textures.
- Colorization: Layering with alcohol-activated palettes to simulate depth, bruising, and irritation.
- Fluids: Application of specific blood consistencies (scab blood, fresh flowing blood) and pus simulation gels.
- Sealing: Finish with professional fixatives (like Blue/Green Marble) to ensure longevity under studio lights.
Full Face Prosthetic Character Transformation
Concept & Prep
- Consultation: Alignment on character design (Mythological Deity, Horror Creature, Sci-Fi Alien).
- Base Prep: Skin cleansing and eyebrow blocking (flattening eyebrows to hide them under prosthetics).
Prosthetic Work
- Bald Cap: Professional application of latex/vinyl caps with dissolved edges for a seamless skin blend.
- Mounting: Attachment of pre-made prosthetic appliances (pointed ears, witch chins, brow ridges) using medical-grade adhesives like Pros-Aide.
- Note: Includes application of stock pieces; custom sculpting of new masks is a separate manufacturing cost.
Artistry & Finishing
- Coloring: Full face and neck painting using airbrush or sponge techniques (e.g., Avatar Blue, Zombie Grey).
- Detailing: Hand-painting veins, age spots, scales, and texture.

3-Day Advanced SFX Masterclass (All-Inclusive)
Course Logistics
- Duration: 3 Days (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Location: Rajkrish Makeover Lab, RR Nagar, Bangalore.
- Provided: Full access to professional SFX kits (Latex, wax, alcohol palettes) for practice, daily lunch/tea, and completion certificate.
Day 1: Fundamentals
- Theory: Product chemistry, safety, and skin preparation.
- Techniques: Aging (wrinkles, age spots), sweat simulation, dirt texturing, and bruise evolution (fresh vs. healing).
Day 2: Advanced Trauma
- Wounds: Realistic bullet entry/exit wounds, bloodied eye effects, and third-degree burns.
- Prep: Eyebrow blocking methods and crepe hair application for facial hair.
Day 3: Prosthetics & Casting
- Complex Effects: Deep-throat cuts and open wounds using silicone/wax.
- Molding: Hands-on practice of molding and casting a finger prosthetic.
- Final Output: Execution of a complete character look using alcohol palette layering.
