About Made for You: Custom Furniture & Seating
Most balconies are tight, so I focus on smart, space-saving solutions like railing benches with built-in drink stands or storage benches that hide away your clutter. It is not just about making it look nice, it is about making it functional so you actually step out there to have your morning tea instead of just looking at the space through the glass.
How We Build Your Comfort
I believe furniture for a balcony needs to do more than look good—it needs to handle our weather and your daily needs. When we plan your seating, I consider the specific dimensions of your space and where the sun hits.
- Pinewood & Weatherproofing: I mostly use pinewood for my benches and shelves. It looks warm and natural, but the real key is the finish. Every piece gets a proper sanding and a high-quality PU polish to ensure it stands up to Bangalore's changing weather without rotting or fading quickly.
- Storage is King: In small apartments, floor space is precious. My storage benches are designed with internal compartments so you can tuck away tools, shoes, or gardening supplies, keeping the look clean and uncluttered.
- Custom Shapes: Whether you have a long, narrow balcony or a small square corner, we can craft L-shaped seating, single-seater swings, or wall-mounted folding tables to maximize every inch.
The Process
- The Sketch: We start with a chat about how you want to use the space. Do you need a reading corner or a place for morning tea? I sketch a rough layout so you can visualize the fit.
- Handcrafted Build: Once the design is set, my team fabricates the pieces. We don't just supply furniture; we ensure the setup is stable, safe, and fits the flow of your balcony.
- Finishing Touches: We add the cushions, the lighting, and the plants to make sure the furniture doesn't feel isolated. It becomes part of a complete zone.
If you are worried about whether a bench will fit, send me a photo of your balcony. We can figure out a plan that gives you the seating you want without making the space feel crowded.
