- Border Detailing: Polished white river pebbles (5-10kg) to fill gaps, corners, or drain areas.
Planters & Plants
- Pinewood Planters: 2-3 handmade rectangular planters (approx. 35cm x 13cm) with natural varnish finish.
- Railing Pots: 2 metal railing planters or plastic hanging pots for vertical space.
- Plant Set: 6-8 hardy varieties (e.g., Areca Palm, Snake Plant) potted with nutrient-rich soil.
Lighting & Service
- Lighting: 1 set of warm white fairy lights draped over plants or railing.
- Setup: Installation labor and post-work floor deep cleaning.
Custom Seating, Wood Decking & Vertical Garden
Furniture
- Seating Choice: Custom-made 4ft Pinewood Storage/Slat Bench with PU coating OR a set of 2 Wicker/Cane chairs with a coffee table.
- Furnishings: Outdoor-grade throw cushions and seat cushion for the bench (if applicable).
Flooring & Walls
- Mixed Media Floor: Zoned layout using Interlocking Acacia Wood Deck Tiles (oiled finish) and artificial grass.
- Vertical Feature: Small artificial vertical garden patch (10-15 sq ft) OR set of 2-3 pinewood wall shelves.
Decor & Electricals
- Lighting: Ceiling-mounted Bamboo/Rope pendant light or decorative wall bracket.
- Styling: Small decor items like a wooden birdhouse, dreamcatcher, or quote frame.
- Premium Greenery: 10-12 plants including one 5ft+ statement plant in a ceramic or pine planter.

Furniture & Flooring
- Heavy-Duty Setup: Custom L-shaped wooden corner seating with storage OR a Single Seater Swing with hardware.
- Flooring: Full coverage using high-grade interlocking wood tiles or premium lush turf.
Lighting & Styling
- Tech-Lighting: Modern Track Light system with 3 spots OR custom Neon Signage.
- Themed Accessories: Curation of rugs, lanterns, and premium ceramic planters based on theme (Boho, Zen, etc).
Remote Design Consultation & Layout Planning
Consultation
- Assessment: 30-45 minute video call to discuss space dimensions, sunlight direction, and utility.
- Layout: Provision of a 2D layout sketch showing furniture placement and zoning.
Deliverables
- Visual Guide: Mood board defining the theme, color palette, and material textures.
- Shopping List: Curated list of recommended products (furniture, lights, planters) with vendor links.
- Support: One follow-up call to guide the client during self-execution.

- We start with a chat - you tell me what you want, show me your inspo pics, and we figure out what’s doable.
- I sketch out the layout, rough and ready, so you can see how things will look. We tweak till you’re happy.
- My team and I handle everything - flooring, walls, custom balcony furniture, lighting, and those finishing touches. Sometimes it gets messy, but the transformation is always worth it.
