End-to-End Luxury Villa Architecture
Phase 1: Concept & Identity
- Site & Climate Analysis: Study of topography, sun path, and wind direction to design internal micro-climates using courtyards and ventilation.
- Vastu Integration: Core structural layout planning (entrances, bed placement) aligned with Vastu Shastra principles.
- Structural Concept: designing unique building forms including floating masses or angled geometry.

Phase 2: Technical Detailing

My Story
We’re Neemesh, Shresht, and me, Kanhai - three architects who kicked things off in ’97, all driven by a mad love for great spaces. For us, architecture isn’t just walls and roofs, it’s about making places that feel right, look good, and last. We mix old-school Vastu and five Tatvas with new-age ideas, always learning from the young guns. Our work’s taken us all over, but our heart’s still building India’s story, one design at a time.
