Many couples think a wedding planner only handles the decor, but the real 'magic' is in the logistics. For 13 years, I have lived by one rule: if you can see the planner, something probably isn't going according to plan. My role is to stay in the background, walkie-talkie in hand, ensuring the vendors, lighting crew, and catering staff are synced perfectly.

My Approach to Execution

When we plan an event, we focus on three pillars of stress-free management:

• The Run of Show: We don't just guess; we create a detailed, minute-by-minute timeline for the entire event duration. This ensures the DJ, anchor, and photographer are always on the same page.
• The Shadow Team: For every wedding, I deploy a dedicated team of coordinators. They are the eyes and ears on the ground, managing guest flow, vendor queues, and any last-minute hiccups so the family doesn't have to.
• Technical Dry Runs: Whether it is a dramatic chandelier cake drop or a complex couple entry with pyro cues, we rehearse. If it involves sound, light, or stage movement, we do a dry run before the guests arrive to ensure it is camera-perfect.

Whether you are getting married in a banquet hall in Mumbai or planning a multi-day destination wedding in Lonavala or Goa, the level of detail remains the same. I handle the guest rooming, transport coordination, and vendor hospitality so you can focus on the 'pyaar' (love) and not the paperwork.
