On-Day Coordination & Execution
Scope of Service
- Handover Timeline: Engagement begins 20 to 30 days before the wedding dates.
- Run Sheet Creation: Designing a minute-by-minute script for all events (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding).
- Vendor Takeover: Contacting your booked vendors (Makeup, Decor, DJ, Caterer) to finalize technical requirements and arrival times.
- Dry Runs: Conducting technical rehearsals for Sangeet performances and bridal entries.
Manpower & Logistics
- Shadow Team: Deployment of 6 to 8 uniformed coordinators equipped with walkie-talkies.
- Personal Shadows: Dedicated assistants for the Bride (hydration, movement) and Groom (Baraat pace, safa tying).
- Emergency Kit: Provision of a crisis management bag containing safety pins, double-sided tape, stain removers, and basic first aid.
