- Paint: Professional grade acrylics ensuring vibrancy under home lighting.
Finish & Usage
- Style: Semi-realistic, high-contrast finish designed for photography.
- Format: Rolled artwork without rigid frames; requires pinning or taping to walls.
- Protection: Light varnish coat to withstand humidity.
- Note: Structure, lighting, and fresh flowers are not included.
Idol Hand-Painting & Finishing Service
Painting Process
- Preparation: Sanding and priming of raw idols or refurbishing existing ones.
- Detailing: Realistic skin shading, intricate eye detailing, and metallic accents for jewelry.
- Drapery: Multi-layer shading on idol attire (Pitambar).
Finishing
- Coating: High-gloss or matte varnish application for water resistance.
- Logistics: Service requires the idol to be dropped off at the studio; no on-site painting.

Why I Do This
Art is my peace and my way of connecting with faith. I honestly just focus on creating, and jaise bolte hai, baaki sab uparwala dekhta hai (the rest is in God’s hands). My roots and culture show up in every piece, whether it’s a huge pandal or a small home setup.
What I Offer
- Hand-painted festival backdrops, especially for Ganpati, using traditional manjarpat cloth. These aren’t just backgrounds, they’re full scenes that set the mood.
- Themed Ganpati decorations and Navratri installations. I love transforming spaces with 360-degree art on walls and ceilings, so your festival feels totally immersive.
- I work on custom concepts, from jungle scenes for Dattatreya Ganesh to historical moments like Shivaji Maharaj’s coronation, or even vibrant Aagri Koli themes for Navratri.
How It Happens
- Everything is painted live, on-site, right before the festival. Sometimes it’s a mad rush, painting on ladders and scaffolding, but that’s part of the fun.
- I don’t do this alone. My team of artists, murtikars (idol makers), and decorators all pitch in. It’s always a group effort.

My Story
Main Karishma. My life? Art, bas. Blank wall, white canvas, I see stories. Heart ka connection hai - jab Mahadev ya Ganpati banta hai brush se, lagta hai jaise bhakti bhi rang jaati hai. Mera Aagri Koli culture bhi har mural mein aa hi jaata hai, especially Ganpati ya Navratri ke time. Art se khushi milti hai, jab kisi ke chehre pe smile aati hai mere painting dekhke. Baaki sab uparwala dekhta hai.
