This is us, 15 years ago. This photo represents the beginning of a long journey of dance, dedication, and dreams. We've grown so much together, and our love for what we do has never faded.

"B'lore Salsa couple heads for world championship." Reading this headline now still gives me goosebumps. It was the first time an Indian couple was participating in the On1 division, and it was an incredible honor.

About Our 15+ Year Journey

However, our 15 years in this industry started in small studios, filled with the same shaky legs and nervous energy you might feel today. When you join our classes, you are learning from instructors who have tripped on stage in Beijing and still got up to finish the routine. We know exactly how to guide you past the nerves and into the rhythm.
We did not just wake up one day and start a studio. Our story began with a simple love for Salsa and a lot of trial and error. From representing India at the CCTV International Salsa Congress in China to pushing our limits at the World Salsa Championships in Florida, these past 15 years have been about growth. We have danced on the Great Wall, performed for international judges, and eventually brought that exact global standard back home to our studios in Koramangala and Indiranagar. This is not just about specific patterns or turns. It is about building a community that feels like family. Whether you are aiming for a stage performance or just want to feel comfortable in your own skin at a Sunday social, we teach you what works in the real world, not just in theory. You will find that our classes focus on connection, musicality, and having a good time while you learn.

I am Kirthi, and dance has been my heartbeat for over 15 years. My partner Sai and I have gone from nervous beginners to representing India on stages around the world, and we bring that same passion to every student at Latin Dance India. We love creating a space where you can be yourself, mess up a few steps, and enjoy the music.
