True health comes from eating real food, not from drinking these powders which I call 'guggugalu' (for fools).

Reversing PCOS is not about magic pills, it's about a consistent, natural approach. I guide my clients through three simple but powerful steps: a balanced diet without processed foods, strength-based exercise to improve insulin sensitivity, and lifestyle changes like seed cycling. These methods have helped countless women regulate their periods and improve their health.

Many believe drinking litres of milk is the only way to get calcium. This is a myth. 100g of our native ragi has nearly three times more calcium than 100ml of milk. For strong bones, I always recommend embracing our traditional foods like ragi over depending solely on milk, which can cause other issues.

Infertility is not just a woman's issue. For men, sperm quality, count, and motility are crucial. I help improve male fertility by focusing on a diet rich in zinc from foods like pumpkin seeds, incorporating specific nuts, and making lifestyle changes like quitting smoking and managing stress.

"I have thyroid" is a common statement, but the thyroid is a gland everyone has. The problem is when it's underactive (hypothyroidism) or overactive (hyperthyroidism). While weight loss can be slower with hypothyroidism, it is 100% possible with the right diet, exercise, and lifestyle adjustments, as many of my clients have proven.

A healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to live like a sanyasi (monk). I follow and teach the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time, I focus on clean eating and exercise. The other 20% allows for flexibility, like enjoying parties or outside food. This balance is the key to a sustainable and happy life, not suffering.
