Khazani Fashion Fiesta: Student Designer Runway Showcase

See our students' collections come to life on the ramp, demonstrating skills from pattern making to final garment construction.

Models present a collection featuring a mix of modern silhouettes and traditional Indian textiles at our annual Khazani Fashion Fiesta. This look combines a grey velvet co-ord set with a bandhani-style dupatta, demonstrating a fusion of styles.

These Indo-western ensembles showcase our students' ability to blend different aesthetics. The designs feature layered skirts, crop tops, and jackets with a mix of prints and tie-dye effects, all part of a cohesive collection from the 2018 Fashion Fiesta.

About Khazani Fashion Fiesta: Student Designs on the Runway

When you see these designs on the ramp, it is not just a show. It is the end result of our students taking a piece of fabric, drafting a pattern, and constructing a complete garment from scratch in our workshops. Every stitch and drape you see in these photos is proof of the technical skills taught in our diploma courses.

The Fashion Fiesta is our platform for students to test their skills under professional conditions. It is where abstract ideas from a sketchbook turn into tangible, wearable collections.

Learning fashion design is not just about aesthetics. It is a technical process. In our workshops, students start with body measurements and brown paper drafting, moving on to dart manipulation, fabric behavior analysis, and heavy garment construction like Lehengas or avant-garde pieces.

By the time our students reach the runway, they have already mastered:

  • Surface ornamentation techniques like embroidery and fabric painting.
  • Complex pattern cutting for varied silhouettes.
  • Draping on mannequins to create flowing gowns or structured jackets.

This exposure at events like the Khazani Fashion Fiesta or local lifestyle weeks gives our students the confidence to build a physical portfolio. Whether you want to master simple kurta stitching or design a professional bridal collection, our curriculum in Bhangel, Noida, is designed to take you from the very first sketch to the final walk on the ramp.
