The Bath
- Snanam: 15-minute warm water bath immediately following the massage.
- Cleansing: Use of herbal powders (Snana Churnam) to remove excess oil without chemicals.

- Hygiene: Use of fresh disposable sheets for the therapy table.
Swarnabindu Prashana (Immunity Drops)
The Formula
- Ingredients: A mix of 2-5 drops containing Swarna Bhasma (Gold Ash), medicated cow ghee, and honey.
- Herbs: Fortified with brain-toning herbs like Vacha, Brahmi, and Shankhpushpi.
Execution
- Timing: Administered strictly on Pushya Nakshatra days (once every 27 days).
- Hygiene: Oral administration via single-use dropper or sanitized silver spoon by a junior doctor.
- Tracking: Includes an update of the immunization card or digital log to track the cycle.

- Nadi Pariksha: Pulse diagnosis to detect Vata, Pitta, or Kapha imbalances (subject to child cooperation).
- Constitution: Analysis of Prakruti (Body Type) to understand natural health tendencies.

- Diet Chart: Customized food plan listing vegetables and grains suitable for the child's Dosha.
