Realistic Unarmed & Ground Combat Training
Real fights don't happen on soft gym mats. They happen in your office clothes, on hard ground, when you least expect it. Learn to survive, not just spar.
We accept scratches in training to avoid wounds in real fights. This video shows our trainees practicing realistic ground fighting and grappling techniques, designed for survival in street fight scenarios. This is where theory meets reality.

About Realistic Unarmed & Ground Combat
You do not need a gym kit here. We train in the clothes you wear to work—jeans, sarees, or formal suits—because that is what you will be wearing if a threat actually arises. Our sessions strip away the sport-based rules found in traditional martial arts, focusing entirely on ground survival, using leverage, and escaping from holds when you have zero space to move.
Traditional martial arts teach you to play by rules, score points, and bow to your opponent. The street does not have rules, and it does not have referees. In our ground combat modules at our Sector 73, Noida facility, we simulate the chaos of a real assault. You will learn to handle scenarios that do not happen in a dojo: being pinned against a wall, attacked while sitting, or fighting back when you are already on the ground.
Why Ground Combat Matters
Most violent encounters eventually end up on the floor. Whether it is an attempted abduction or a physical confrontation, the ground is where the most dangerous fights are lost. Our training focuses on:
- Positioning and leverage: How to use your body weight to neutralize a stronger attacker.
- Escape mechanics: Breaking chokes, removing yourself from dangerous mounts, and creating distance to run.
- The 'Warrior Mindset': Learning to manage adrenaline when you are at a physical disadvantage.
Training in Reality
We do not use soft mats to make training 'comfortable.' We simulate the grit of reality. You will train on firm surfaces, which builds the necessary callouses and confidence to handle a real fight without freezing. Our instructors, including veterans with experience in tactical units, guide you through drills that are meant to induce stress so you can practice performing under pressure.
This isn't about learning a flashy sequence of moves that look good on camera. It is about equipping yourself with the tools to survive, whether you are a civilian, a student, or a corporate professional. We provide the technical knowledge, but you bring the intent. If you want to stop being a victim and start being a shield, this is where you begin.
